Working together.

• Maintaining ownership or appropriate licenses for materials supplied to ShinanX Studio.
• Reviewing deliverables before final approval.

Delays in receiving required materials, approvals, or feedback may affect the agreed project timeline.

Projects & deliverables.

Project timelines and deliverables will be determined according to the agreed scope of work.

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith and may change due to client delays, additional requirements, technical dependencies, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A project may be considered complete once the agreed deliverables have been provided and approved, subject to any applicable warranty or support arrangement.

Pricing & payments.

Project pricing will be communicated through a quotation, proposal, invoice, or other agreed communication.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Deposits or advance payments may be required before project work begins.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Applicable taxes or transaction charges may apply where required.

Feedback & revisions.

The number of included revisions, if any, will depend on the specific project agreement.

Revisions that significantly change an approved direction, require substantial redevelopment, or fall outside the original scope may be treated as additional work.

Once a deliverable has received final approval, further changes may require additional fees.

Ownership & usage rights.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and licensing of project materials will depend on the applicable project agreement and payment status.

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

Third-party assets, fonts, stock images, plugins, libraries, templates, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

ShinanX Studio may retain ownership of its pre-existing tools, techniques, reusable components, frameworks, concepts, and general know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.

External platforms & integrations.

Websites and digital products may rely on third-party platforms or services, including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, APIs, fonts, plugins, email providers, databases, and other technology.

ShinanX Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, security incidents, or failures caused directly by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Responsible use.

You agree not to misuse, damage, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, services, or content.

If a project is terminated after work has begun, the client may remain responsible for payment for work completed, approved expenses, and other non-cancellable commitments, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, and limitations of liability, may survive termination where applicable.

Changes to these terms.

ShinanX Studio may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
